Jess grew up on a registered Angus beef farm in eastern South Dakota. When the opportunity to move to Alaskan in 2007 presented itself, Jess was all on board. Shortly after arriving in Alaska, Jess met her husband Aaron. They have embraced the Alaskan lifestyle of adventuring in the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, xc skiing, hiking as well as traveling to warm destinations in the winter! She and Aaron also have an extremely adorable and spoiled micro-mini pig named Spank!
Prior to joining the Advanced Oncology Associates team in 2018, Jess worked for the American Cancer Society and led them in many successful fundraising campaigns throughout the state. Jess’ role with the team at Advanced Oncology Associates encompasses many parts, but focuses on marketing, community engagement and business development. Jess covers the clinics – Alaska Cyberknife, Anchorage Radiation Oncology Center, Mat-Su Valley Cancer Center, and Peninsula Radiation Oncology Center. Jess is an active member in Soldotna Rotary Club and the international non-profit, ShelterBox USA.
Jess was appointed to the Foundation Board in December of 2022.
