Amanda Motonaga holds a degree in Fine and Graphic Arts from the Phoenix Institute of Technology and brings more than 15 years of experience in the newspaper and printing industry. Since moving to Soldotna in 2007, she has devoted much of her time to serving others through animal rescue and shelter work, where compassion and care are at the heart of everything she does.
As Program Director and President of the Peninsula Spay/Neuter Fund, Amanda works to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent families from caring for their pets. Her commitment to helping others extends through more than 15 years of fostering animals, reflecting her deep empathy and dedication to those in need.
Amanda values the essential role that Central Peninsula Hospital plays in supporting the health and well-being of the community. She believes that access to quality, compassionate care is fundamental, and she is committed to helping sustain and strengthen that care for all.
Her thoughtful, service-oriented approach and genuine compassion guide her desire to serve. Amanda is honored to support the Foundation’s mission and is dedicated to contributing as a board member with empathy, integrity, and a strong commitment to community well-being.
